We are seeking a Commercial Cleaning Sales Representative to join our team! We are expanding our cleaning division and are looking for a full time sales and service representative to do regional marketing and sales. Leads are provided.
Responsibilities
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Assemble & prepare sales material to present to customers
Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be organized with good time management skills.
Regularly meet with Sales Supervisor to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.
Facebook, & social media skills are a plus!
Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and autonomously to meet or exceed goals.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Must Have High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must Be Authorized to Work in the United States
Must Have Reliable Transportation
Must Have a Good Driving Record and a Valid Driver's License
Background Check & Drug Testing Required
Wage Information
Compensation Commensurate with Experience, Hourly plus Commission
